Job Description
The Project Manager – Program Management is responsible for managing the delivery of design and construction projects for public and private sector clients. This role serves as the client’s trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with owner objectives and mentoring Assistant Project Managers. The company is a large architectural and engineering firm with over 14 offices throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Requirements
- Leads and manages assigned capital projects on behalf of Parkhill clients.
- Serves as the client’s primary representative, managing communications and coordination among stakeholders.
- Oversees preconstruction activities including design reviews, budgeting, procurement strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manages contract administration processes, including RFQs, RFPs, change orders, claims, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
- Tracks and manages project budgets and construction contracts (GMP, lump sum) to safeguard client interests.
- Prepares and maintains project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates for clients and internal leadership.
