We're looking for empathetic and productive customer care agents to join our close-knit team. This is a part-time hybrid position available for 20 hours per week on a three-week rotating shift pattern.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Ability to make connections with customers and colleagues over the phone
- Reliable and consistent team member
- Providing exceptional telephone-based customer service
