We're a global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts, aiming to accelerate the world towards a sustainable future. We're looking for an Expansion Manager, Nordics to drive market success and build relationships with repairers and suppliers in the Nordic region.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly the collision repair ecosystem and/or the suppliers who serve them.
- A track record of autonomy and delivery, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment, where you've juggled multiple priorities, navigated ambiguity, and driven commercial results.
- Experience selling and onboarding B2B products, especially those with a technical component or implementation step.
- Fluent English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish).
- Strong relationship skills — you know how to win trust, influence stakeholders, and create value beyond a transaction.
