Job Description
Partner One is seeking a Business Unit Controller to oversee the financial operations and performance of one or more software business units. This strategic role reports to the CFO and focuses on accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, driving decision-making for business leadership and a decentralized model.
Requirements
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities for assigned business units.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Monitor business unit performance against targets.
- Develop and maintain key financial and operational metrics.
- Partner with business leaders and the CFO on cost-conscious culture.
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting workflows.
- Collaborate with centralized finance teams.
