Business Unit Controller

We are seeking a Business Unit Controller to oversee the financial operations and performance of one or more software business units within the Partner One group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 3 years in the software industry or a complex, multi-entity corporate environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and revenue recognition principles
• Proven experience with financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and analysis
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite, and strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and international work environment
