Job Description
Partner One is looking for an M&A Analyst to support the Mergers and Acquisitions team in identifying software businesses for acquisition, conducting industry research, and performing due diligence.
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Management Consulting
- Previous Software M&A experience
- Demonstrated strong academic performance at a top-tier institution
- Maturity and presence to interact with C-level executives
- Self-starter with strong sales and communication skills
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail
