Job Description
Partner One is seeking a M&A Associate to join their Mergers and Acquisition team. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting activities from initial target identification to deal execution, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The company deals with a diverse portfolio of high-profile software targets and is experienced in acquisitions and growth.
Requirements
- Identify software businesses meeting acquisition criteria
- Develop and conduct prospecting campaigns
- Lead preliminary evaluation of potential acquisitions
- Manage a robust deal pipeline
- Conduct industry and market research
- Review and analyze investment presentations
- Spearhead acquisition opportunities independently
- Support the team internally
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, pattern recognition, and Excel skills
