Corporate Paralegal

This role will play a key part in managing entity licenses and registrations, corporate governance, and legal technology, workflows, and document management. The position will support legal operations across the US, Mexico, and Canada.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of global and domestic professional licenses
• Prepare and process documents for state and jurisdictional professional licensing
• Coordinate with outside counsel on entity opening, closing, and maintenance
• Facilitate routine entity maintenance and updating corporate information sheets
• Act as a liaison with outside counsel to determine and implement licensing requirements
• Perform legal and factual research and drafting research results
• Provide general support for claims and litigation related matters
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of legal documents, correspondence, filings, and reports
