Job Description
Netwitness is a leading threat detection and response platform for enterprises and government agencies. They are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer success. The role involves providing expert technical support, collaborating with multiple teams, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6–8 years of technical support experience at an enterprise level
- Strong expertise in Netwitnessplatform (Logs, Packets, UEBA, Endpoint, Orchestrator)
- Proficient in Linux administration (Red Hat/CentOS); RHCEcertification is a strong plus
- Good understanding of SQLand NoSQL (MongoDB)databases
- Familiarity with virtualized environments(e.g., VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V)
- Experience with packet capture analysis, log investigation, and security event correlation
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
