Job Description
Crescendo is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to provide full HR support for one of our key partners within the Tegucigalpa hub. The role will act as the primary HR point of contact for all partner-assigned associates and leaders, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive employee experience aligned with our company policies, local regulations, and Crescendo culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or related assignment
- In-depth knowledge of Honduran labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and outstanding client service orientation
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Google suite; experience with an HRIS preferred
