Job Description
Partners Community Health (PCH) is a new not-for-profit organization focused on bringing healthcare services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto. The Nurse Clinician will provide strategic leadership and professional expertise to the Directors of Care and senior management team.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum 8 years of leadership and management experience in long-term care
- Experience in gerontology and healthcare administration
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of nursing operations, staffing, and budgeting processes
- Comprehensive understanding of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, Ontario Regulation 246/22, and College of Nurses of Ontario standards
- Proven background in facility operations, compliance, and quality management
- Positive, professional attitude with conflict management and accountability skills
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and corrective action abilities
