Job Description
We're seeking a Benefits Specialist to help deliver an exceptional benefits experience to our team members. The role involves managing benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance to local HR partners and team members. The ideal candidate has up to 2 years of experience in benefits administration, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical instincts.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Fundamentals of benefits compliance, including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA
- Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical instincts
- Experience with benefits administration platforms (Dayforce a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
