Benefits Specialist

Benefits Specialist leads the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs and leave of absence processes. Responsible for creating a best-in-class employee experience by ensuring benefits are accurate, accessible, and well-communicated.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• HRIS experience required
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
