Job Description
Path Construction is seeking a qualified Accounting Specialist to join their Arlington Heights, Illinois office. They are a rapidly growing, general contractor with projects across the US, and focus on customer satisfaction and employee development. The position involves preparing financial reports, processing credit card transactions, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Prepare Daily Cash Reports
- Process and Code credit card transactions
- Record and Balance intercompany transactions
- Prepare Affidavit of Availability for IDOT
- Prepare state sales and use tax reports
- Assist in monthly reporting requirements including builders risk and overhead allocations
- Review pay applications and expenses
- Compile information for external auditors
- Assist with special projects
- Work with team members to meet company goals
