Job Description
Pathpoint is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to lead and expand a premium book in the Northern California region. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through building strong relationships with retail agents, managing pipeline, and expanding the platform's footprint. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C E&S products with nationally-recognized insurance carriers, intermediaries, or brokerages
- Direct experience within the MGA, Programs, or E&S Binding authority space
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic retail agent partnerships
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
