Senior Associate, Workplace Experience

Pathstone is seeking a Senior Associate, Workplace Experience to provide administrative support to executive leadership and manage day-to-day operations to create a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Hospitality, Office Administration, or Retail
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
• Positive, proactive, and hospitality-minded attitude
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
• Strong client-service mindset and ability to build warm, trusted relationships
• Creative, analytical, and solutions-focused thinker
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
