Senior Associate, Workplace Experience

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Workplace Experience to manage daily office operations, cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and provide administrative support to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Hospitality, Office Administration, or Retail, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Hospitality, Office Administration, or Retail
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
• Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment
• Positive, proactive, and hospitality-minded attitude
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
• Strong client-service mindset and ability to build warm, trusted relationships
• Creative, analytical, and solutions-focused thinker
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, Concur, Teams, and OneNote is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and support general office tasks as needed
