Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients in their homes or in settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• California license as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist. Prefer experience and interest in gerontology and home care.
