Job Description
Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care at home or in settings such as assisted living, a nursing home, or the hospital. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
