Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Arizona
- Friendly and confident on the phone
- Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a current Arizona pharmacist license
- Master of Science or Doctor in Pharmacy desirable
- Continues completion of appropriate CEU’s for licensure
- Requires experience and a strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy
