Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Social Media to lead our social media strategy, content creation, and community development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media, a keen eye for creativity, and the ability to work closely with our founder and teams to develop authentic, social-first content.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of social media experience
- Proven ability to lead social strategy and content development
- Expertise across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Strong creative instincts with a refined eye for photography, video composition, editing, and visual storytelling
- Experience working directly with founders, talent, or creators on social-first content
- Demonstrated success growing social audiences and driving high engagement in the beauty category
- Skilled at interpreting data and turning insights into actionable creative decisions
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
