Legal Contract Manager

Patsnap is a global company that transforms the way organizations harness their Intellectual Property and Research & Development productivity. We are looking for a Legal Contract Manager to proactively manage and support sales inquiries and negotiation of customer and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of contract management experience in the software and technology industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint, and DocuSign
• Attention to detail, highly motivated, proactive, reliable, and intellectual independence
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead large-scale projects
• Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
