Job Description
Vix Technology is seeking a talented Lawyer/Contract Manager to join their Manchester team. The role involves handling legal matters, drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with laws, and providing legal support to internal teams. The position requires a full-time, on-site commitment in Manchester.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Autonomous self-starter.
- Experience with government contracts, contract management.
- Experience in contract law and drafting/negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of commercial law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
