Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Pattern Energy. The successful candidate will be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
Requirements
- 4-year Degree in Information Systems /Computer Science or Associates/Computer Certification.
- Minimum 2 Year’s Service Desk experience, some server administration a plus.
- Able to work flexible and weekend hours
- Able to follow direction, work with the team, and work independently
