Requirements
- 1–3 years in high-volume phone, inside-sales, or SDR/BDR role
- Comfortable making 100+ touches/day and managing multi-channel sequences
- Quick on your feet with objections; laser-focused on booking qualified meetings
- CRM fluent (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and video-call savvy
- Track record of hitting—and ideally crushing—KPIs
