Job Description
Pago is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity, handling all invoicing and collection processes, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Xero)
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with vendor/customer payment processes
- Detailed understanding of GAAP/IFRS AP/AR treatments
