Corporate Paralegal

Paxos is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team. The role involves negotiating commercial agreements, managing legal entity formation and governance, and building organizational systems to make the Legal team more efficient.

Requirements

• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience
• Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements
• Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
