Senior Commercial Counsel

We're rebuilding the financial infrastructure by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. As a Senior Counsel, Commercial, you'll negotiate high-impact commercial agreements, provide expert legal advice, and shape Paxos' corporate structure.

Requirements

• 6-10 years commercial legal experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, funds, and/or finance
• Experience leading complex commercial negotiations
• Commercial mindset with deep understanding of practical business issues
• Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines while developing strong client relationships
• Experience forming and managing legal entities in a variety of international jurisdictions
