Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles
• Deep troubleshooting, documentation, and incident management skills
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, APIs, and the compliance landscape of fintech
• Appetite for ownership: proactive contribution of ideas, championing best practices, and iterating quickly alongside top-tier colleagues
