Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven experience in acquiring new partners, with a strong understanding of acquiring and the payment ecosystem.
- Established network within the UK payments and merchant ecosystem.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue and sales targets.
- Skilled in structuring deals, leading commercial negotiations, and closing high-value partnerships.
- Ability to evaluate partner portfolios and identify revenue-driving opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence in presenting at senior levels.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
