As a Client Relations Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with Banking, Business Growth, and Compliance teams to resolve requests efficiently and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or payments industry
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and market expansion initiatives
- Deep insight of the payments sector, including key trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, with a track record of driving positive outcomes
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives
