We're looking for a Business Growth Manager to drive our expansion across global markets, build strong pipelines, and convert prospects into active clients. The role is central to expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring growth is both scalable and sustainable worldwide.
Requirements
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on business accounts.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of merchants and introducers across low, medium and high-risk verticals.
- Generate leads through HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, existing portfolio clients, and introducer networks.
- Drive the full sales cycle: outreach → intro call → pricing → compliance (CDD) → onboarding.
- Manage structured pipeline reporting using Excel/Google Suite, alongside HubSpot or Apollo (Salesforce or similar tools also acceptable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Banking Ops, Compliance, Legal, CRM) to deliver seamless onboarding.
- Represent payabl. at local and European industry events, building relationships and reinforcing brand credibility.
