Senior Business Controller

We are strengthening our finance team with a Senior Business Controller to support the growth of Paynovate, a Belgium-based fintech with over 80 employees. As a Senior Business Controller, you will act as a business partner across teams, driving performance, compliance, and strategic alignment across Paynovate's diverse products and geographies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or audit
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex data and communicate it clearly
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring in fast-paced environments
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Qlik Sense) is a plus
• Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset
