Paynovate is a Belgium-based fintech company seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to lead its legal and procurement processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support its growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law (or equivalent)
- 5-10 years of experience in a legal and/or procurement role within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills (French and English; Dutch is a plus)
- Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach
