Director, Global Strategic Accounts

PayPal is looking for a Director, Global Strategic Accounts to lead the company's strategy for integrating with the world's largest digital platforms, marketplaces, and e-commerce ecosystems. The role requires a strategic product and business leader with a proven track record of driving significant market share growth, managing large revenue streams, and securing C-level alignment for multi-year digital initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• 15+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Payments, e-Commerce, FinTech, or a platform-based ecosystem
• Demonstrated executive leadership in digital payments, driving market share through strategic partnerships and product management
• Deep specialization in Payments, eCommerce, loyalty, and complex go-to-market strategies
• Proven ability to architect and scale product-led partnerships that deliver measurable business impact
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing funding and C-level commitment for multi-year strategic initiatives
