Compliance Business Advisory Manager

Paysafe is a leading payments platform seeking a Compliance Business Advisory Manager to lead the end-to-end Compliance advisory and review process for all products and services across all business lines. The role involves identifying and assessing risk exposure, supporting a team of Compliance Business Advisors, and liaising with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Product, Business and others.

Requirements

• 5+ years post qualification experience in compliance and the international financial services industry
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Understanding and expert knowledge of the applicable legal framework for prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism
• In-depth experience and understanding of merchant/consumer and/or product compliance, client due diligence/underwriting, client review and transaction monitoring and investigation
• Compliance certifications as well as experience in managing Compliance, Risk or Product projects would be considered a strong advantage
