Job Description
Payscale is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to proactively and reactively engage with Enterprise customers, driving the consumption and stickiness of their solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and value-based client relationships, product data offerings, and utilization of technology such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Previous experience working in HR tech or SaaS
- Experience utilizing tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce
