Job Description
Paystone is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two high-performing teams focused on automated growth and payments. This role involves leading engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring scalability and reliability in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The position requires a strategic leader with excellent communication and people skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Strategic leadership experience in fast-scaling SaaS environments
- System thinking skills in platform architecture and distributed systems
