Job Description
Paytm, India's leading digital payments and financial services company, is seeking a Senior Manager - KAM Sales to manage their existing customer portfolio. This role involves driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, cross-selling products, and achieving sales targets. The team focuses on enabling online merchants and providing payment solutions while also designing disbursal solutions for corporates.
Requirements
- Acquiring New Merchants for Corporate Payments
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Tracking and analyzing Competition
