Job Description
Paytm, India's leading digital payments and financial services company, is seeking a Senior Manager - KAM Sales to manage their existing customer portfolio. The role focuses on growth within the portfolio, maintaining client relationships through regular interaction, cross-selling products, and achieving revenue targets. The team is responsible for growing Paytm’s Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway (PA PG) business and designing disbursal solutions for large and mid-sized corporates.
Requirements
- Acquiring New Merchants for Corporate Payments
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
