Job Description
Paytm is seeking a self-driven Business Growth Leader to spearhead the Travel growth function. This role involves driving end-to-end growth, ownership of P&L and analytics, and executing strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and execution skills and a customer-centric approach to unlock sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in consumer internet, travel, or e-commerce industries
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school preferred
- Strong track record of scaling businesses and delivering ambitious targets
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with complex business problems
- Experience in managing large cross-functional teams with high accountability
