Job Description
Paytm is seeking an experienced Lending Fraud Risk Operations Manager to lead investigations, mitigate fraud risks, and enhance the organization's digital lending portfolio. This role requires deep fintech lending expertise, advanced analytical skills, and understanding of the digital payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in fraud risk operations within fintech companies
- Proven experience with leading fintech lending service providers
- Extensive hands-on experience in fraud investigation specific to online lending products
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
