Job Description
Paytm is seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to expand their presence in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions market, serving India's 500+ million users. The role involves building relationships with merchants, understanding their payment needs, and providing tailored EDC/POS solutions. It requires strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers
- Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales
- Ensure the team members are in the market where enrollments & usage are done regularly
- Build strong relationships with merchants
- Building a Database of key contact persons
- Build and maintain relationships with key client Personnel
