Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a remote based Human Resources professional to join our HR team as a Temp to Permanent position pending performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic corporate team at a growing professional services firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience within Human Resources
• Knowledge of one or more HR competencies
• Self-starter with the ability to work virtually and independently
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to transform disparate pieces of information
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse, and dynamic environment
• Ability to be flexible to and adapt to the dynamic nature of multiple, concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
