Human Resources Assistant

At Radius Packaging, we prioritize our members' growth, collaboration, and well-being. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Development team to support member development, training coordination, onboarding, and engagement initiatives across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related role
• Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (Paycom experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Flexibility to support all production shifts and multiple locations
