We are seeking a Student Assistant: Human Resources to support our People & Culture Team with administrative tasks, planning of new employee onboarding, recruitment process, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is a student enrolled at a German university with excellent German and English language skills and interest in modern HR solutions.

Requirements

• Administrative tasks such as creating employment contracts and certificates, maintaining personnel files, time evaluation, and scheduling appointments.
• Planning of new employee onboarding and implementation.
• Recruitment process including formulating and publishing job postings, screening incoming applications, scheduling appointments, and initial contact with candidates.
• Searching and addressing potential talents (Active Sourcing) and developing recruiting channels.
• Organization and implementation of Company Events and strategic HR projects.
