Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is an onsite leader responsible for driving property leasing and marketing efforts. This role collaborates with property managers to ensure the community's events align with the brand and achieves revenue, occupancy, and resident goals. The ideal candidate is creative, flexible, and possesses strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Hire, lead and develop full time and part time leasing staff.
• Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events.
• Regular onsite presence is an essential function of this position
• Maintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing data.
