Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is an onsite leader responsible for driving the property’s leasing and marketing efforts, collaborating with the property manager to execute events and campaigns aligned with the PeakMade brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
• A passion for helping college students find their next home
