Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager will drive the property's leasing and marketing efforts, collaborate with the property manager, and work with the team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident, and retention goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
