Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of an apartment community through a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with resident-facing needs. This role focuses on a resident-focused approach and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of maintenance experience
- EPA certification Type I and II preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to rotate as needed
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems
- Ability to work in varying schedules including weekends and holidays
